This legislation repeals the Biden administration’s energy conservation standards for commercial refrigeration equipment, which the Department of Energy estimates would have imposed an $8 billion burden on small businesses and consumers.

Congressman Craig Goldman is serving his first term in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas’ 12th Congressional District, which includes parts of Tarrant and Parker Counties. In Congress, he serves on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
