H.J. Res. 35 – Signed into Law
- Rep. Goldman co-sponsored H.J. Res. 35, which repealed the natural gas tax imposed by the Biden Administration. The harmful gas tax policy increased energy costs for energy companies, thereby discouraging domestic energy production. As a result of the tax on gas production, Americans paid more for gas at the pump.
Don't Tax the American Dream Act – Introduced to the U.S. House
- Rep. Goldman is leading the Don’t Tax the American Dream Act, which would eliminate federal capital gains taxes on the sale of a primary residence after a homeowner has lived in the property for two years.
PRECEPT Nurses Act – Introduced to the U.S. House
