Stop Illegal Reentry Act of 2025 – Passed the U.S. House
- Rep. Goldman voted for the Stop Illegal Reentry Act of 2025, increasing penalties for illegal reentry after removal, including prison sentences of up to 5 years for first offenses, 10 years for offenders with a criminal history, and 20 years for aggravated felonies or repeat offenses.
Uproot Rising International Students Engaged in Radical Subversion Act (UPRISERS Act) – Introduced to the U.S. House
